What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or network-focused role where I can maintain reliable systems, troubleshoot user issues, strengthen network security, and continue developing my technical skills.

At Independence High School, I provide day-to-day technical support for staff and students, maintain computer systems and LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure, and help protect user access and data.

Previously, I installed and supported broadband and telecommunications equipment at Belize Telemedia Limited, troubleshooting connectivity issues for residential and small-business customers. My experience at the Social Security Board and Naia Resort and Spa also strengthened my customer service, compliance, financial processing, auditing, and records-management skills.
