What I'm looking for

I'm seeking long-term growth in a client-facing role, with particular interest in luxury automotive service, where I can build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver polished service experiences.

I'm supporting residential remodeling clients at Luz Maintenance Service, from initial inquiry through project completion.

I conduct in-home consultations, prepare customized estimates, follow up on leads, and coordinate with internal teams to keep expectations clear and customer experiences smooth.

Previously, I supported front-of-house service at Rocca, a Michelin-starred restaurant, where precise presentation, timing, discretion, and attention to detail mattered every day.

I'm pursuing a Business Analytics & Information Systems degree at the University of South Florida and bring bilingual English and Spanish communication to client-facing work.
