What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can use clear communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to create positive customer experiences, particularly in travel.

I've supported clients at Conlink International Company by responding to enquiries, providing product information, and identifying appropriate solutions to their needs.

I build positive client relationships through active listening, professional communication, and consistent follow-up. My work focuses on making customer interactions clear, supportive, and well organized.

I'm completing a BA in Business Administration at IU International University of Applied Sciences, where I've developed communication, teamwork, marketing, management, and strategic analysis skills through presentations, reports, and project coordination.

I'm passionate about travel and excited to help clients create enjoyable, stress-free experiences. I also create marketing materials and digital content using Canva, combining clear written communication with visual branding.
