What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply training, research, data analysis, and workflow improvement skills to make complex work clearer and more efficient.

At Zoning-Info, Inc., I research property compliance with local zoning ordinances for lender-required real estate transactions and write zoning reports. I also create training materials and hands-on activities that make complex zoning concepts easier to understand.

I've trained more than 75 people in zoning report writing, zoning code interpretation, survey reading, and commercial property research. I build workflow tools that monitor productivity, balance workloads, simplify scheduling, and provide real-time visibility into employee availability and due-date projections.
