At the City of Federal Heights, I manage development review and zoning entitlement applications, including site plans and subdivisions, while helping applicants and stakeholders navigate municipal requirements.
I lead Planning & Zoning Commission meetings through agenda preparation, staff presentations, and public engagement. I also conduct zoning inspections and investigations and prepare notices of violation and zoning citations.
My background combines urban and regional planning, sustainability, GIS, and geospatial research. I've created public-facing ESRI StoryMaps, maintained municipal geodatabases, conducted GPS-based inspections, and used mapping tools to support land-use and environmental analysis.
