What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end delivery through strong remote culture, clear communication, and practical operational systems.

At ELVTR, I managed 35+ concurrent course projects across US, UK, and APAC teams, building Coda, Asana, and Slack comms and systems that supported over $3.5M in revenue from just my courses.

I keep remote teams aligned by removing cross-departmental friction, creating seamless onboarding and communications, and making sure every course launches well and on time.

Previously at MasterStart, I owned end-to-end marketing project management, architected a custom Asana workspace, and built launch frameworks for creative campaigns and new product rollouts. I also streamlined new-hire onboarding and delivered sales enablement training.

My early career at Milpark Education took me from call centre advising and corporate project administration to marketing coordination and junior marketing consulting. I filled in wherever the business needed me, hosted 40+ online webinars during COVID, and found my love of marketing, operations, and clear, honest communication.
