What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving commercial processes through data analysis, multichannel campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and conversion-focused decision-making.

At Claro Perú, I manage and optimize multichannel inbound and outbound commercial campaigns focused on customer retention, renewal, equipment sales, accessories, and digital lead generation.

I work with massive customer databases of up to 4 million renewal-eligible customers and 8 million customers for accessory sales, applying commercial criteria and non-saturation policies.

I plan daily communications across Email, SMS, App Mi Claro, and RBM, and use A/B testing to identify the commercial proposals and content with the greatest impact.

I monitor virtual store funnels, session traffic, leads, and conversion KPIs in Power BI and Excel. I also track campaign attribution through UTM Service and present findings and improvement plans to leadership.
