With over nine years of experience in customer service, I have honed my skills in various roles, from banking to office management. My journey began as an Assistant Head Teller, where I managed currency shipments and trained new employees, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

As a co-founder of a local non-profit, I gained invaluable experience running all aspects of the organization for four years. This role not only refined my leadership abilities but also deepened my commitment to community service. Currently, I serve as an Office Secretary at Sandoe’s Mini Storage, where I handle payment transactions and maintain client relationships, further enhancing my administrative skills.
