What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote role where I can support executives and distributed teams with operations, administrative coordination, project work, recruiting support, and customer success—working internationally, staying organized, and keeping day-to-day momentum.

I help businesses and remote teams stay organized through operational, administrative, and day-to-day business support. Over the past few years, I’ve supported businesses across operational, recruitment, executive support, project coordination, localization, and customer communication.

My responsibilities have varied from one project to another, so I’m comfortable adapting quickly, managing multiple priorities, and supporting different areas of a business. Spending five years living and studying in China strengthened my cross-cultural communication skills and helped me collaborate effectively with international clients and multicultural teams.

In my current role (07/2024–Present) as a Remote Operations & Executive Assistant, I provide operational, administrative, and marketing support to international clients. I handle documentation arrangements and day-to-day administrative tasks for executives and clients, while coordinating daily operations, maintaining internal processes, and ensuring ongoing work stays on track.

I also support recruitment and customer-facing work: writing job descriptions, sourcing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting first-round interviews. I’ve managed Facebook communities and localization for Czech users, and I handle customer communication via email and chat to resolve inquiries and maintain positive relationships. Earlier experience includes supporting registration department operations as Deputy Head and running PPC campaigns as a PPC Specialist with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics.
