I’m a client-facing professional with 4+ years of experience across media, marketing, client service, and project coordination. At CARAT, Dentsu Czech Republic, I managed campaigns for major international clients including Zalando, Mastercard, UniCredit, and Pandora. I was a daily point of contact for clients, managing their requests, resolving issues, providing updates, and making sure their needs were addressed throughout the campaign lifecycle. At the same time, I coordinated work across internal teams, media buyers, suppliers, and other partners, keeping multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities on track. I also analyzed campaign data and used insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations to clients.

At Ogilvy CZ, I managed the day-to-day relationship with Chery Automobile during its entry into the Czech market, coordinating creative, production, and digital teams while managing briefs, timelines, budgets, priorities, and stakeholder communication. I particularly enjoy being the person who keeps different people aligned, makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and helps resolve problems when things don’t go according to plan.

Earlier, at Alza, one of the largest e-commerce companies in the Czech Republic, I supported sales teams, worked with distributors and product managers, handled customer requests through CRM, and prepared reporting and documentation. This gave me valuable hands-on experience with customer support and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

I’m now looking to bring this combination of client relationship management, coordination, organization, and problem-solving into a Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, or Client Support role, ideally in an international and remote environment. I’m fluent in English, Czech, and Russian, and currently learning Spanish.
