What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer support, technical support, or administrative role where I can resolve client issues, accurately manage records, navigate CRM or EHR systems, and contribute to a remote team that values privacy and service quality.

I've supported customers at Transcom as an Apple Support Advisor, troubleshooting iOS and macOS issues while documenting interactions and protecting customer data.
