What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer service and front-desk operations, resolve problems quickly, and use analytics and strong planning to improve customer satisfaction and scalability.

I’m a customer-focused professional with 3+ years of experience in customer success and customer service operations, combining strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills to improve customer satisfaction.

In my roles at New Boshang Hospital, I handled front-desk responsibilities and customer inquiries across email, phone, and chat, while keeping administrative and patient records using EMRs and Excel. I also supported scheduling, appointment booking, training less experienced staff, and preparing regular administrative reports.

I’ve strengthened my impact through cross-functional customer work—online submission and vetting of HMO claim forms, billing and payment execution, and interfacing between patients and their HMOs. I also processed daily hospital data for future reference and ensured accurate data handling through privacy guidelines.

Outside hospital administration, I’ve worked as a Financial Aid Advisor and an Independent Travel Manager, guiding clients on investment/savings plans and booking international flight itineraries. I’m confident using tools like Freshdesk, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and MS Office, and I bring an “excellent customer service” mindset to every operation I manage.
