I’m looking to grow in a customer-focused role where I can own case resolution, meet SLA targets, and use feedback to drive service improvement. I want a collaborative team that values empathy, operational excellence, and continuous process optimization.

I’m a results-driven Customer Support and Customer Success professional with over two years of experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in healthcare and service-oriented environments. I’m passionate about helping customers achieve success while strengthening customer satisfaction and retention.

As the primary point of contact for patients, HMO members, and healthcare providers, I resolve inquiries and service requests with empathy and clarity. I coordinate accounts, registrations, appointments, documentation, and service requests, and I collaborate with clinical, finance, and administrative teams to improve the overall customer experience.

I work within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet response and resolution timelines while maintaining service quality. I also collect customer feedback, investigate billing and service issues, handle complex escalations, and recommend process improvements that reduce recurring concerns.

I’ve onboarded and trained new staff on customer service procedures and operational workflows, and I support accurate record-keeping and confidentiality. Alongside my experience—including NYSC payment and billing operations and client communications during a student internship—I’ve strengthened my toolkit with training in CRM, customer service, SQL fundamentals, and Linux/Unix shell scripting basics.
