I'm looking for a hospitality internship or trainee role in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, or related hotel operations where I can gain hands-on experience, develop professionally, and deliver excellent guest service.

I've supported day-to-day hotel operations at Florence Hotel, applying practical training in housekeeping and front-office activities while maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and professional service standards.

My Craft Certificate training in Catering & Accommodation has built my foundation in room care, laundry operations, hygiene, food production, and guest service. I achieved a Distinction in Housekeeping & Front Office Theory and credits in Housekeeping and Laundry Practical.

I've also worked in cake production, supermarket operations, and sales, where I maintained hygiene, completed quality checks, replenished stock, presented products, and supported customers.
