At ACK Bethel Hotel, I provided food and beverage service, processed customer orders and payments, and maintained cleanliness and food safety standards.
During my attachments at La Belle Inn, The Mark Vintage Hotel, and Superior Hotels Kenya – Lake Naivasha Resort and Masada Hotel, I gained experience in inventory records, procurement documentation, front office operations, food production, housekeeping, and basic accounting. I completed the academic requirements for my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and am awaiting graduation in November 2026.
