I’m looking for a healthcare organization where I can handle end-to-end claims work—DME billing, insurance verification, and denial resolution—while providing excellent patient communication and staying fully compliant with HIPAA.

I’m a results-driven Medical Billing Specialist focused on accurate medical claims, insurance verification, and reimbursement outcomes. I’m known for strong communication, problem-solving, and dependable performance in fast-paced healthcare environments.

In my current role, I manage the complete Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing process, submitting and monitoring claims for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance carriers. I verify eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements, review physician documentation/CMNs and medical records for accuracy and compliance, and resolve denied, rejected, and unpaid claims to maximize reimbursement.

Previously, I processed medical and pharmacy insurance claims, resolved denials and billing discrepancies, and maintained confidential patient accounts. I also worked as a Pharmacy Technician supporting hospital and retail pharmacy operations, which strengthened my attention to documentation, inventory processes, and HIPAA-compliant patient service.
