At Capgemini Engineering, I managed international engagements valued from EUR 1M to EUR 10M, coordinating distributed teams and stakeholders across Europe, India and the USA.
I led delivery end-to-end, from RFQ and solution preparation through planning, execution, performance monitoring, risk management and closure. My projects achieved an average 98% delivery rate while maintaining approximately 5% average risk budget consumption.
I also bring experience in client governance, project financials, resource planning, escalation management, KPI reporting, team leadership and coaching. I'm PSM I certified and focused on remote delivery in distributed environments.
