PMO professional with nearly five years of dedicated experience at Capgemini, supporting European transformation programmes from Morocco.

At Capgemini, I coordinate governance, multi-workstream reporting, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, action tracking and stakeholder follow-up across international projects, including HR process transformation programmes spanning three countries.

Previously at Intelcia, I worked across Business Analysis, PMO coordination and performance reporting. I contributed to KPI and financial-performance dashboards and to the functional design of a BI-team reporting automation that reduced one recurring reporting cycle from approximately one hour to five minutes.

Earlier in my career, I developed strong data, reporting and operations experience within international contact-centre environments, including reporting for a programme that scaled from approximately 50 to more than 350 agents.

My main interests are PMO governance, project reporting, transformation programmes, performance visibility and cross-functional coordination. I am particularly interested in remote international opportunities across EMEA, MENA and globally distributed teams.
