I’m a Project Leader in the automotive industry, focused on turning complex industrial challenges into delivered outcomes. I bring a mix of project industry problem solving, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on technical execution.
In my current role at ORAU MORROCCO, I oversee roadmap design, execution, and reporting from RFI/RFQ through full release. I lead cross-functional coordination across Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Process, while maintaining risk management and project dashboards.
Previously at APTIV MORROCCO, I ensured development, installation, monitoring, and control of projects from engineering phases to SOP serial production. I supported feasibility and key dates reporting, standardized documentation, drove PFMEA review actions, and managed transfers between two Tangier sites.
I also strengthen continuous improvement through Kaizen and structured problem-solving (DMAIC, PDCA, 5why’s, VSM, 5S, 8D). I’m comfortable working with customer requirements and compliance deliverables such as APQP/PPAP documentation (RGPQP portal) and PSW coordination with OEM and within the plant.
