What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing technical support role where I can troubleshoot software and hardware issues, support users remotely, and contribute web, email, server, and user-administration skills.

I've supported customers and clients through email, chat, telephone, and earlier fax-based support channels, resolving technical issues while maintaining clear communication.

As a freelance agent for companies including HJ Squared Travels, Creditore Debt Counselors, and DB Tours 4 You, I've delivered web design, email setup and retrieval, server maintenance, new-user setup, advertising design, and logo design.
