I am a B.Sc. Business Administration graduate with practical experience in retail operations, customer service, and administrative support. I have worked as a cashier, supervisor, and secretary across retail and legal environments, where I managed transactions, handled client inquiries, and coordinated day-to-day operations.

At Westmead Supermarket I supervised a customer service team, trained staff, and ensured accurate, efficient transaction processing; at Zartech Hyperloop I operated POS systems and managed returns and refunds. My earlier role supporting a legal practitioner strengthened my organizational skills, scheduling, and client liaison capabilities.
