What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, full-time Customer Service Executive role in a fast-paced telecommunications environment where I can resolve customer issues, process requests accurately and work across multiple systems. I'm comfortable with rotating schedules, weekends and public holidays.

I've supported high-volume customer transactions at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, resolving enquiries, discrepancies, billing-related issues and service requests accurately and promptly.

Across financial transaction, non-financial transaction and money transfer roles, I've worked with Finacle, PayHub, iTeller, PayDirect, Passport, FirstDirect and First Instant Pay. I have also supported domestic and international transfers through Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, Transfast, WorldRemit and Small World.

I bring more than 10 years of experience spanning cash operations, reconciliation, documentation, administrative support and customer-facing communication. I investigate issues, follow up on exceptions and work with relevant teams to deliver timely resolutions.

I'm available for remote full-time customer service work and comfortable supporting fast-paced operations, rotating schedules, weekends and public holidays.
