What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my sales and customer service skills to support clients, follow up effectively, and keep accurate records. I want a structured environment that values confidentiality, teamwork, and dependable service.

I’m a sales agent and customer service professional with experience helping clients through every step—from contacting prospective customers to supporting loan forms and follow-ups. I take pride in keeping clients’ information safe while helping people calculate interest and plan repayment periods.

Beyond sales, I’ve served as a youth mentor, mobiliser, and facilitator. I planned and implemented strategies with key decision makers, coordinated referrals and support for gender-based clients and mentees, and maintained comprehensive programme records.

I also bring aviation-focused frontline experience as a customer service agent, including passenger check-in, assisting transiting and arriving passengers (including reduced mobility), gathering important documentation for the pilot, and supporting ramp and cabin security. I’m proactive, well-spoken, and computer literate—ready to deliver reliable service and results.
