At TypeDev, I work across workforce solutions, client relationships and service delivery. I prepare proposals from client requirements and coordinate clients, internal teams and technical stakeholders.
I manage recruitment workflows from candidate pipelines through screening, interviewing and matching, and follow up on operational issues spanning contracting, vendor coordination and invoicing.
I used AI-assisted development to build a lead tracker that organises company research, contacts and decision-maker information for planning and follow-ups. I’m also building Recruit Track and landing pages, reviewing and refining generated content and functionality against intended workflows.
Earlier, I owned and managed a tutoring centre at Prosper Akademie Tutor Sentrum and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Fourier Recruitment. I bring practical experience in operations, research and documentation, and use tools such as Codex, Bubble and Glide to turn operational needs into usable workflows.
