What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote, local, contract, freelance, or permanent opportunities in South Africa, the UK, or internationally where I can lead operations, career services, student success, projects, and cross-functional delivery.

I've led operations and career services across UK and South African EdTech and higher education, most recently owning coaching programme delivery at iO-Sphere. I manage learner outcomes, team performance, quality assurance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting across remote cohorts.

At HyperionDev, I led career services for 1,000+ alumni, built employer partnerships, and delivered career-readiness programmes, virtual job fairs, and placement initiatives. I also built KPI frameworks, SOPs, reporting systems, and managed departmental budgets in a fast-scaling environment.

Earlier, I led campus operations at Eduvos and academic programme delivery at Pearson Institute, managing teams of 20+ staff, budgets, recruitment, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. I build practical structure from scratch and take ownership of outcomes in dynamic, remote-first environments.
