Right now, I’m a Communications Manager focused on internal communications, employee engagement programs, and cross-functional initiatives for a distributed workforce of 1,200+ employees. I combine executive communication and people-first event strategy to align employees with organizational priorities and strengthen culture.
I’ve delivered high-impact programs like the Annual Global Kickoff for 1,200+ attendees across 12 offices and 3 time zones by leading cross-functional execution. I also produce Quarterly All Hands, AMAs, and Leadership Roundtables by managing content, stakeholder coordination, and live operations—then extend that momentum through executive messaging and Eloqua distribution for monthly newsletters.
To deepen connection and morale, I design and scale recognition programs, cultural campaigns, and swag initiatives that reinforce belonging. I’ve also facilitated Customer Advisory Boards by partnering with Product and Sales leadership to deliver seamless executive experiences.
Before moving deeper into communications, I led Employee Experience and Internal Events, orchestrating global event strategy for 1,200+ employees across 15 offices. Earlier in my career, I managed workplace and culture programs—planning events for 80–100 attendees, supporting onboarding and recognition for 300+ employees, and even overseeing a 2,000 sq. ft. office expansion from planning through completion.
