I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with practical experience in trust and safety content moderation. I bring a reliable, resourceful work ethic and a calm, positive approach to high-volume, policy-driven environments.

At Accenture in 2024 I worked as a Trust and Safety Associate reviewing and analyzing social media content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. I routinely made policy-based decisions and took actions to remove or flag violating content.

I am skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure, communicating effectively, and applying critical thinking and technical knowledge to complex content-review cases. I am willing to take added responsibilities to help teams meet goals.

I seek roles where I can apply my moderation and IT background, contribute to platform safety, and continue developing operational and technical skills in a collaborative team environment.
