I'm currently helping keep online communities safe at Accenture by reviewing, classifying, and removing content under client guidelines.

I investigate complex content issues, escalate findings to the Trust and Safety team, and stay current with changing policies. I also contribute to process improvements that strengthen quality and efficiency.

Previously, I supported employees at the National Printing Office as a Human Resource Intern. I handled contract documents, employee records, leave-credit computations, and personal data sheets.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resources Management from the University of Caloocan City. I bring communication, time management, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills, and I'm willing to learn and work under pressure.
