I’m looking for a remote talent sourcing or research role focused on talent research, market mapping, candidate sourcing, and personalized outreach. I’m particularly interested in technical, product, and GTM searches and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across technology, AI, fintech, Web3, SaaS, and other industries.

I’m a Talent Sourcer and Researcher with 5+ years of experience sourcing technical and non-technical talent across global markets.

Most recently, I led talent sourcing for Web3, crypto, and fintech startups, managing multiple searches across software engineering, protocol and blockchain engineering, security, product design, sales, marketing, and GTM. I’ve also supported executive searches and worked with talent across Europe, North America, APAC, and other international markets.
