What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead grant-funded research or clinical programs where I can connect strategy with day-to-day operations, build cross-site partnerships, strengthen systems and training, and support teams delivering meaningful community impact.

At Henry Ford Health, I coordinate the Open Arms human trafficking program across multiple hospital sites, connecting frontline clinical staff with system leadership. I standardized training and protocols across 12 partner hospitals and produce case-data reports for grant funders and leadership.

I've spent more than a decade leading grant-funded research, clinical, education, and community programs from IRB application through close-out. My work includes supervising research and clinical teams, building stakeholder partnerships, delivering adult education, and translating research into practical programs.
