At Carelon Behavioral Health, I lead and coordinate four regional Network of Care initiatives to improve access to behavioral and mental health resources. I connect healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations, and chair a cross-sector leadership group.
I manage metrics for a grant-supported program, analyze engagement and performance data, and contribute to required reporting. I also developed social media strategies that grew engagement from the low hundreds to thousands.
At The McCall Center for Behavioral Health, I coordinated evidence-based rural prevention programming under a DMHAS grant, including program evaluation and youth-focused skills training. Earlier, as a FoodCorps AmeriCorps Service Member, I managed school-based nutrition education programs and designed hands-on curricula about nutrition and food systems.
