I also act on behalf of the Head of Change Delivery, overseeing PMO, project management, process management, change management, training, governance, and delivery assurance.
Previously at IOT.NXT, I led Business Analysis for global enterprise IoT customer implementations and product development across America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and South Africa. I helped shape scalable solutions for critical infrastructure, telecommunications, smart buildings, remote monitoring, industrial IoT, and energy optimisation, including solutions supporting Eskom's load shedding operations.
