What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead high-volume domestic and international payroll operations where I can strengthen compliance, controls, reconciliation accuracy, process improvements, and partnerships with HR and Finance.

At Jensen Hughes, I lead biweekly payroll for more than 1,000 U.S. employees and 400 Canadian employees while managing payroll operations in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Ireland through ADP Workforce Now and ADP Streamline. I partnered with the Global Payroll Director to restructure processes, eliminate reconciliation gaps, and achieve zero payroll discrepancies.

I've managed full-cycle payroll for 7,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada at SiteOne Landscape Supply and spent nearly a decade at ADP supporting enterprise payroll processing, implementations, tax amendments, system migrations, and escalations. I bring hands-on experience in payroll compliance, GL reconciliations, audits, year-end reporting, and cross-functional partnership with HR and Finance.
