What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a payroll role where I can manage accurate multi-state payroll, partner closely with HR, improve payroll processes, and support teams through training and operational expertise.

At N. Harris Computer Corporation, I process biweekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll for approximately 1,000 employees across all 50 U.S. states. I also manage regular and off-cycle payrolls while meeting critical deadlines.

I partner with HR on employee lifecycle transactions, administer garnishments, support quarterly payroll balancing, and process ACH and wire payments. As the subject matter expert for biweekly payroll operations, I train Payroll Administrators and improve workflows for timesheets and employee transfers.

Previously, I processed payroll, resolved discrepancies, prepared reports, and supported accounting operations at Sonesta Hotels and Express Employment Professionals. I use Workday, Dayforce, ADP, and advanced Excel to deliver accurate payroll reporting and analysis.
