I’m an experienced accounting, payroll, and human resource management professional with an extensive background in bookkeeping, HR generalist coordination, and payroll-related functions. I bring 15+ years of payroll and HR experience, along with Excel proficiency and strong customer service.

In payroll, I manage the weekly and biweekly end to end payroll process for 2500 employees, perform audits of payroll registers, and assist with garnishment administration and payroll deductions. I also research and investigate pay discrepancies and employee payroll changes, ensure internal payroll policies and SOPs are followed, and troubleshoot payroll issues in ADP and WorkForce Manager.

On the HR side, I fully develop, implement, and administer company HR policies and procedures, partner with management on training, and act as a trusted advisor for employee relations. I support recruitment and retention, handle HR records management and legal compliance, manage FMLA tracking, and assist with onboarding (including I-9 verification, drug testing, and background checks), while maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll and personnel information.
