What I'm looking for

I seek client-facing onboarding or operations roles where I can drive seamless enterprise client journeys, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to process and revenue improvements in a supportive, growth-oriented team.

I am a Client Onboarding Analyst with six years' experience at Visa, focused on delivering seamless onboarding experiences for major institutional and fintech clients across Europe. I manage end-to-end operational onboarding, client communications, case ownership and cross-functional coordination with teams such as AML, Credit Settlement Risk, Contract Management and Revenue Operations.

I have overseen billing and revenue forecasting for European clients, run bi-weekly operational committee meetings, produced monthly onboarding business reviews for senior management, and handled high-volume client casework using CRM platforms. My role has involved direct stakeholder engagement with clients including large banks and fintechs and driving process documentation and improvements.

Alongside my professional experience I completed a four-year degree apprenticeship in Professional Management with Roehampton University, and have rotated through communications, technical account management, digital partnerships and sales excellence roles at Visa. I bring a customer-centric mindset, strong stakeholder collaboration skills, and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Workday.
