I'm currently improving e-commerce content, product discovery, and digital merchandising at Home Hardware. I manage website updates in Contentful and Kibo, support content migrations, and maintain taxonomy, navigation, landing pages, banners, and category pages.
Previously, I managed Avenza Systems' Shopify Plus store, which featured more than one million product pages. I led improvements spanning accessibility, schema markup, subscriptions, coupons, product recommendations, cart-abandonment emails, redirects, and SEO-focused content.
At Kosan Travel Co., I managed Shopify product pages, email campaigns, pricing analysis, customer surveys, sales forecasting, inventory levels, and supplier communication. I also worked with distribution teams to resolve order and shipping issues.
