I am an IT professional with over two years of focused experience in ERP software support, system operations, and technical troubleshooting. I have a proven track record providing corporate IT support and maintaining high system availability for clients.

In my current role as Key Account Manager for ERP Support & IT Operations, I manage end-to-end ERP configurations, user access control, and server/email hardware support for major corporate clients. I proactively identify and resolve server-side issues, hardware faults, and network connectivity problems.

I also conduct user training sessions and maintain technical documentation to ensure clients can effectively use systems and maintain security configurations. My technical toolkit includes hardware troubleshooting, networking (LAN/Internet), Microsoft 365, email systems, and advanced MS Excel for reporting.

Outside core ERP responsibilities, I have experience in event technical management and web design (HTML, CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, jQuery), which supports a practical, service-oriented approach to solving problems and improving operational workflows.
