I'm looking to use my IT support, system administration, and networking skills in a role where I can contribute as an active, resourceful, innovative, and flexible team member while growing professionally.

I've administered Windows environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, user accounts, software deployment, and file services.

I troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, LAN/WAN, email, ERP, FTP, and connectivity issues while monitoring system and network reliability.
