What I'm looking for

I am seeking a full-time ServiceNow Administrator or support role focused on incident resolution, automation, and improving application stability within a collaborative, DevOps/ITIL-driven team.

I am a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and IT Support Analyst with six years of experience delivering application support, incident resolution, and automation for .NET-based systems across retail and pharmaceutical domains.

I have hands-on experience with ServiceNow PDI, customizing forms, Flow Designer, Service Catalogs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications to automate processes and improve service delivery.

In prior roles I provided end-to-end production support, debugged high-priority incidents using Visual Studio and MS SQL Server, coordinated cross-functional enhancements, and owned incident resolution and on-call duties.
