I am looking for a role that challenges my leadership skills and allows for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

I am a retired Lieutenant Commander from the Indian Navy with over a decade of experience in Air Traffic Management, Project Management, and Operations. My journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a passion for leadership, where I have successfully managed air traffic control at major naval air bases and led teams to achieve operational efficiency.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated my ability to execute complex projects, such as the procurement for infrastructure upliftment with an annual budget of approximately INR 200 crores and the establishment of a 100-bed Covid Care Centre. My leadership has been recognized through various commendations, including a Letter of Appreciation for distinguished service and being part of the Naval women's contingent for the Republic Day parade.

With a strong foundation in strategic planning and team management, I have consistently focused on enhancing operational capabilities and ensuring the welfare of personnel. I am now eager to leverage my skills in a new role that values leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
