I am a disciplined Air Defense Operations Supervisor with 33 years of service in the Indian Air Force, specializing in air defense operations, aviation, and security management.

Throughout my career I led and supervised comprehensive air defense operations, operated and maintained advanced air defense systems, and implemented security management systems that enhanced operational readiness.

I also managed HR functions, personnel development initiatives, and team leadership, mentoring personnel and fostering cohesive teams to meet mission-critical objectives.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from IGNOU and basic computer application skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). I am now seeking to leverage my military experience and leadership in a recognized organization to drive operational excellence.
