I've led large-scale aviation, defence technology, and capability-development programs for the Indian Air Force, including operations and training governance at the Flying Instructors School and College of Air Warfare.

I resolved a ₹98 Cr war-gaming simulator program that had been stalled for nearly a decade and managed induction planning for a ₹7,000 Cr trainer aircraft program across two locations. I coordinate OEMs, maintenance teams, training establishments, and administrative agencies to align infrastructure, manpower, and operational readiness.

As Commanding Officer for Maritime Air Operations (East), I directed long-range operations across the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, and Bay of Bengal and led a network modernisation effort that expanded terminals from 1 to 43, increased bandwidth 50-fold, and reduced system failures from 75% to 1%.

Earlier, at the National Defence Academy, I improved fleet serviceability from 20% to 80%, automated compliance workflows using Excel/VBA, and introduced a Moodle-based learning ecosystem that reduced training costs by 20%. I'm building on 32 years of operational leadership through Business Management and Artificial Intelligence & Data Sciences programs at IIM Bangalore.
