At IndiGo Airlines, I direct Operations Control Center activities including flight monitoring, IROPS recovery, crew FDTLs, base normalization, and airport slot coordination.

I use daily OTP dashboards and automated delay alerts to support predictive scheduling, bottleneck elimination, and turnaround resource allocation. My work has helped sustain a top-2 OTP ranking while reducing repeat delays.

I coordinate closely with ATC, CISF, ground handlers, and commercial teams during weather events, airspace closures, and other major disruptions. I lead shift rosters and manpower planning to maintain operational resilience with minimal cancellations.

Previously at Thomas Cook India, I coordinated VIP and non-scheduled charters with AOCC and ATC, supported cargo charter scheduling, and migrated invoicing into SAP FICO for compliance. I bring a calm, decisive approach to safety, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
