What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead and strengthen special education programs, coach educators, use student data to drive intervention, and build inclusive academic and behavioral supports for students and families.

I've led special education programming at Propel Schools, supervising and evaluating educators, coaching instructional practice, presenting school-wide data, and leading differentiated professional development. As Assistant Principal, I partnered with the Principal on daily operations, student behavior, safety requirements, and student and family engagement.

I'm currently a Special Education Teacher supporting scholars in kindergarten through second and fifth through sixth grades through IEP development, co-teaching, targeted intervention, and academic and behavioral supports. Earlier at Urban Academy of Greater Pittsburgh Charter School, I implemented tiered small-group instruction that helped all students demonstrate one to two years of academic growth.
