I’m a dedicated educator with 8 years of experience supporting diverse learners across general and special education settings. My focus is building structured, supportive classroom environments where students can grow academically and positively—especially in special education and behavior-support contexts.

In my current role as a Success Teacher / Special Educator, I develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs aligned to both academic and behavioral goals. I track and analyze student progress, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and adjust instruction and interventions based on data—while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal special education requirements.

I bring a strong collaboration mindset and consistently partner with general education teachers, special education staff, administrators, related service providers, and families. I also manage and supervise paraprofessionals by training, scheduling, and providing ongoing support, using positive behavior supports, reinforcement systems, and de-escalation strategies to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
