What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative school environment where I can lead teams, design individualized supports, use data to drive instruction, and continue professional growth.

I am a motivated special education professional with experience designing IEP goals, differentiating instruction, and implementing positive behavior supports across elementary and preschool settings. I have led and supported teams of instructional assistants, collected and analyzed student data, and collaborated on RTI teams to promote student growth.

I hold a B.S. in Learning Behavior Specialist and graduated summa cum laude, with experience across multiple schools providing push-in, pull-out, and cross-categorical resource support. I am committed to continuous learning, sharing best practices with colleagues, and creating inclusive classrooms that meet individual needs.
