What I'm looking for
I’m a high-impact Operations and Practice Coordinator with 7+ years of experience driving operational excellence across healthcare administration, event management, and team leadership. I streamline scheduling, accelerate onboarding and credentialing, and build workflow improvements that strengthen efficiency and compliance.
In my current role as a Practice Coordinator, I manage end-to-end scheduling, payroll processing, and daily operations for a multidisciplinary clinical team. I lead clinician onboarding, credentialing, and compliance workflows, oversee patient follow-ups and medical records, and coordinate home health across departments to support consistent care delivery.
I also act as a liaison between clinical leadership and hospital executives, preparing presentations and reports and building dashboards and workflow tools for transparency and operational efficiency. I’m able to build clinician schedules up to 120 days in advance, ensuring full coverage and payroll accuracy.
Before healthcare, I served as Vice President of TriState Event Planning Services, directing event planning from concept to completion, developing marketing strategies to increase retention, and negotiating vendor contracts. I bring a relationship-driven, data-minded approach—supported by a Master’s in Management and certifications in Practice Management and Crucial Conversations.
