I am a hospitality and operations professional with hands-on leadership experience in high-end event service and retail environments. I lead teams to deliver polished guest experiences, streamline procedures, and train staff to meet high standards.

At Mission Hills Country Club I supervise banquet staff for weddings and private member events, driving service excellence and improving setup efficiency by 25 percent. My approach combines attention to detail with proactive problem solving to protect the club's reputation for premium service.

I have also supported classroom instruction as a 5th grade math teaching assistant, providing individualized tutoring and fostering student confidence. That experience sharpened my communication skills and my ability to adapt explanations to diverse learners.

I bring additional experience managing storefront operations, inventory, and customer education in a family-run retail studio, plus shift-leader responsibilities in fast-paced food service. I am pursuing a BBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and remain active in Women in Business and Enactus.
