At Wingify / AB Tasty, I coordinated end-to-end onboarding for employees and contractors, including onboarding communications, buddy coordination, functional inductions, and follow-ups. I supported 50+ new joiners across India and international regions, with a primary focus on LATAM and additional support across EMEA and ANZ.
I also managed monthly functional inductions and HR Operations trackers, and planned 10+ virtual employee engagement initiatives for a globally distributed workforce. Following Wingify’s integration with AB Tasty, I supported onboarding alignment and led knowledge transfer and process training for the incoming HR Operations team member.
